Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS), (“we”, “our”, “us” and “Company”) operates the website located at www.iemsmd.com, and other related websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”). This policy explains our privacy practices that apply to the Site.

Important Definitions.
