Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS) is a local physician group dedicated to the success of each emergency department we serve. Presently, our group supports local emergency departments, representing over 236,000 annual patient visits. IEMS’ regional and national resources support our ability to continue to provide customized value-added services to the hospitals and communities we serve.

For more than 35 years, IEMS has provided quality-driven and compassionate emergency medicine services to the UChicago Medicine AdventHealth System at Bolingbrook, Glen Oaks, Hinsdale, and La Grange. In 2022, IEMS added Weiss Memorial Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center. Most recently, in 2024, OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center and Heart of Mary Medical Center, were added to the IEMS network. IEMS also manages the clinical operations at Insight Chicago Hospital & Medical Center.
