Dr. Ted Patras is a board certified emergency medicine physician affiliated with multiple hospitals including AMITA Adventist Hinsdale, LaGrange, Bolingbrook, and Glen Oaks. He received his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed his residency from The University of Chicago. He has been in practice for 30 years.

Dr. Moustoukas is a board certified physician executive with several years of health care experience and a proven track record of building value-based Medicine organizations. Expertise in process improvement, patient experience, and patient advocacy. Passionate about creating value at the interface between healthcare systems, providers, and payers. Strong collaborator, with a demonstrated history leading large interdisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, patient-centered solutions to improve quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience in integrating technology to expand care and improve existing care delivery models. 

Richard A. Phillips, M.D. MBA

Dr. Richard Phillips is a board certified emergency medicine physician affiliated with multiple hospitals including AMITA Adventist Hinsdale, LaGrange, Bolingbrook and Glen Oaks. He received his medical degree from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He completed his training at Brigham & Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital through the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency.  He has been in practice for 9 years.

Dr. Herb Zerth is a board certified emergency medicine physician affiliated with multiple hospitals including AMITA Adventist Hinsdale, LaGrange, Bolingbrook and Glen Oaks. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center. He has been in practice for 8 years.

Dr. Harry Karydes is a board certified emergency medicine physician and medical toxicologist affiliated with multiple hospitals including AMITA Adventist Hinsdale, LaGrange, Bolingbrook and Glen Oaks. He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency and fellowship training at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago.  He has been in practice for 8 years.
